We absolutely loved our stay. The property was very homely and we settled in immediately. It is extremely well located to enjoy Island Street and close to the main town centre. It was also equipped so well and we had everything we needed for our stay

Location great , easy walk to Salcombe centre and all facilities. The house is lovely, good facilities , room enough for a larger family , we were just 3 plus our pet. Lovely sloping garden. Nice to eat breakfast in the sunshine. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved bedding. Smart heating. Very clean. Welcome biscuits and coffee nice touch. All cleaning products to hand. Bathroom - shower and bath . John Lewis toiletries nice touch , Good instructions and manuals. Games and books . Information very good. We did not meet host Clare but her communication was superb, also proactive and responsive when we had issue out of her control. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely clean property with excellent facilities, including on site parking. Beautiful Salcombe is a short walk away, with a great choice of eating places (our favourite, the Victoria Inn). We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Clare.
